Oh, this looks great!
There's some really nice depth going on here, the colours all look good, I like the details.
I noticed that the general composition is very shape-driven. That's not really a problem, but it makes the line-driven details look a bit weird. If those edges would be a bit smoother, I bet it would look a lot better, especially when it comes to the lines that have the most contrast, e.g. the silhouettes on the ground that are being shone on.
I love the particles floating around. I have to remember this in case I want to make some underwater scene.
